Problem: Food and beverage advertisers were losing revenue on TikTok due to frequent ad policy violations tied to unclear ad creative policy guidelines.

Solution: Built an eLearning course that demystified ad policies with real-world scenarios, interactive practice, and actionable best practices—empowering advertisers to launch compliant campaigns.

TikTok Academy

Problem: SMB advertisers on TikTok faced frequent ad policy violations due to limited training, leading to account suspensions and campaign challenges.

Solution: Built a global, self-paced eLearning program with clear guidance, real-world examples, and practice activities to help SMBs understand and apply TikTok’s ad policies.

Digital Literacy

Problem: The shift to virtual learning left educators, students, and families struggling to adapt to new digital platforms, risking disruption to teaching and learning.

Solution: Built a full library of on-demand resources and facilitated live workshops to provide clear, practical training on tools like Google Classroom and G Suite, helping users of all skill levels quickly get up to speed.

Ad Policy for Brands

Problem: Global brand partners struggled with ad policy violations during multi-market launches because they weren’t clear on regional ad policy nuances.

Solution: Developed industry-specific handbooks with clear, actionable guidance tailored to each brand’s products and markets, helping teams launch compliant and effective campaigns worldwide.

Ad Policy for Creators

Problem: Brands partnering with creators were facing rising ad policy violations on TikTok due to lack of policy training and confusion on how policies applied to branded content.

Solution: Created a live training and a policy handbook that gave clear, scenario-based guidance and a long-term reference to help creators stay compliant and reduce violations.

Ad Policy Infographics (Refresh)

Problem: A set of 11 industry-specific ad policy infographics had become outdated, both in design and content, leading to confusion around current TikTok ad policies.

Solution: Led a full refresh of the infographic collection—modernizing the visual design for clarity and accessibility, while updating policy content to reflect the latest policies, ensuring advertisers had accurate, easy-to-digest guidance.
