Blended Experiences

Overview: Our Creators Education and Experience team identified an opportunity to both proactively and reactively mitigate content creator knowledge gaps when it comes to TikTok’s global ad policies. In a collaborative effort we proposed the solution of designing a training deck for a live instructor-led training and a just-in-time resource that could be shared with content creators that provided an overview of our global ad policies and explained how our creative policies applied to their content in a way that was easily digestible and efficient. 

Project objective: Develop and maintain a selection of industry-specific global ad policy handbooks and master training deck.

Audience: Content Creators, Internal Advertiser Experience and Training Teams
