Overview: Our Advertiser Experience team identified an opportunity to both proactively and reactively mitigate advertiser knowledge gaps when it comes to TikTok’s global ad policy. They came to us with a request to create a just-in-time resource that could be shared with clients that addressed regional nuances in global policies and explained how our creative policies applied to their specific industries in a way that was easily digestible and efficient. 

Project objective: Develop and maintain a selection of industry-specific global ad policy handbooks.

Audience: Advertisers, Agencies, Content Creators, Internal Sales Teams
