Manage the entire lifecycle of an extensive and diverse external-facing advertiser learning and development curriculum. Collaborate cross-functionally with global stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify knowledge and skills gaps and deliver engaging educational initiatives to mitigate gaps. Design and deliver a variety of engaging learning experiences such as eLearning courses, instructor-led training materials, handbooks, short-form content, and blended experiences for internal sales and operations teams and external advertisers and agencies.
Spearheaded the initial development and deployment of an extensive safety and integrity course catalog for client-facing platform TikTok Academy that has garnered over 5000 enrolled users as of July 2024.
